At Pupplio, we are committed to delivering your order as smoothly and transparently as possible. All orders are processed within one to three business days after the order is placed. Once processing is complete, your order is handed over to our shipping partners for delivery. Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays.
We ship internationally and work with multiple fulfillment partners. Orders may be shipped from different warehouses located in the United States, Europe, or Asia, depending on product availability and the destination address. For this reason, items within the same order may be shipped separately and arrive in multiple packages.
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination country and the selected shipping method. For orders shipped within the United States, estimated delivery times are typically between seven and fifteen business days. Orders shipped to Europe usually arrive within seven to twenty business days, while international orders may take approximately ten to twenty-five business days. These delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on several factors, including the destination country, the size and weight of the product, and the chosen shipping method. The total shipping cost will always be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase, ensuring full transparency.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow two to five business days for tracking information to become active and update within the carrier’s system.
Delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control, such as customs inspections, carrier delays, high seasonal demand, or adverse weather conditions. While we are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or postal services, we will always assist you in tracking your shipment and providing updates whenever possible.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional reshipping fees may apply.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by local customs authorities. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Return Policy
At Pupplio, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you may request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your item. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when it was delivered, including original packaging and all attached tags. Proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, is required for all return requests.
To initiate a return, you must contact us at thepupplio@gmail.com before sending any items back. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. As we work with international fulfillment and dropshipping partners, return addresses may vary depending on the product and supplier. Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions along with the correct return address.
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that international returns, especially those sent from outside the United States, may take longer to arrive. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities.
We kindly ask that you inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at thepupplio@gmail.com. Your message should include your order number and clear photographic evidence of the issue. After review, we will determine whether a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution will be provided.
Certain items are not eligible for return. These include personalized or custom-made products, hygiene and personal care items, perishable goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, gift cards, and items marked as final sale or clearance. If you are unsure whether your product qualifies for a return, we recommend contacting us before placing your order.
We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, the most efficient solution is to return the eligible product and place a new order once your return has been approved.
For customers whose orders are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws. No reason is required for this withdrawal. To be eligible, the product must remain unused, unworn, and in its original packaging, and proof of purchase must be provided. Return shipping costs under the right of withdrawal are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds, once approved, will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout, including credit or debit cards, online payment providers, or other supported payment methods. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
